What makes a victim for a Negro Criminal or a Hyena?

Recently Jim Giles has started using the hyena as a metaphor for the Negro criminal. The analogy may be extended to the victims.

Notice that the topi has large, pointed horns, but it does not use them to ward off the hyena. Instead it only tries to escape, which is futile. Eventually the topi falls down exhausted.

There is a whole herd of topi, all equipped with those large, pointed horns. If the topi worked together to protect each other, no hyena would dare to attack one of them in the herd. They are vulnerable because each individual topi watches out only for himself.
